Elafonissi Beach
Some posters are invitations. This one is a memory.
Elafonissi Beach in Greece is famous for its pink-hued sand and clear turquoise waters, but I wanted this design to capture more than a picture-perfect landscape. The goal was atmosphere — a sense of calm, elegance, and timeless summer freedom. Inspired by vintage Art Deco travel posters, I reimagined how such a scene might look today: geometric silhouettes, glowing tones of gold and green, and a figure that feels both modern and iconic.
For me, Art Deco isn’t just about lines and symmetry. It’s about creating a mood — a celebration of style, optimism, and beauty. This poster takes the spirit of the 1920s and gives it a Mediterranean glow, inviting you to step into that sunlit horizon.
I love how posters like this can do more than decorate a wall. They can remind you of a journey, inspire your next adventure, or simply bring a little of that golden calm into your everyday space.
If Elafonissi has ever called your name, this piece is a way to keep that memory alive — elegant, timeless, and quietly full of sunshine.
